Spoke to Jayne on reception. She listened and was really helpful. Great asset to Wilsden Medical Practice. Mark Joy

wanting to make a simple request on the telephone for information, on the 3rd attempt I decided to hold on after being told I was 4th in the queue, which went down to no. 1 in the queue within 4 or 5 minutes as time went on I waited and waited for 30 minutes, before it was answered at 20 minutes to 5, beginning to believe everyone had gone home. Not good enough surely.Walter Smith.

I honestly feel that 1 star is too generous, but that's the lowest grade Google allows. An absolutely unprofessional establishment. Been unlucky enough to be in the catchment area of this place for 6 years now. A catalogue of errors and mistakes, whenever they're given the opportunity. The actual doctors the selves seem ok.... It's the establishment, the clerical side, the reception, the people you communicate with on the phone, that are a total let down. Thank goodness my family have now moved away, and we are no longer in their catchment area. Surely ANY other surgery will be an improvement on this ramshackle outfit.

Appalling surgery, nurses on long term sick so closest blood test is miles away in Keighley, but good luck as they said my blood form would be ready on a certain day for me to arrive and for them to tell me to come back the next day despite me working nights and arranging shifts around this. Also make sure you appear very middle class because if you don't meet the receptionists billing you are likely to to be looked upon and talked to like rubbish. I am now in the process of transferring to a new surgery as I refuse to be fed false information and to be judged for my appearance as no-one should be made to feel that they are being discriminated against and treated differently based purely on their appearance which is undoubtedly what will become of any person who doesn't meet whatever standards it is that are set by the staff and I hope that all staff and management are ashamed that they make people feel this way, I am a tax payer and deserve so much better than the service that has been on offer at this practice for the past few years.

I live Less than 1. 8 miles from the Cullingworth practice and rejected as a new patient got to travel 3 plus miles away and with an ongoing long lasting condition this is not always possible. Rejected new patients from my area from 2015 when they re drew the catchment map.nice.
